OTC Product Development recruitment
Key activities
• Own and drive the Target Business Design (the Vision, Current State and all planned deliveries)
• Establish and protect the integrity of the interim, and target end state designs
• Own and syndicate design principles
• Drive cross functional design sessions to resolve key architectural issues to deliver the target business and technical architecture
• Own and run front to back phased delivery design sign off review sessions to ensure fit to Target Operating Model
• Own and build a capacity model for the front to back business processes
• Ensure a structured cross functional front to back test approach is in place for all product releases
• Business analysis for programme wide design questions (eg account structure)
Essential Skills / Competencies
• Strategic thinking supported by business analysis skills and some IT platform design experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Both a teamwork approach and self-sufficiency
• Ability to work flexibly and take responsibility for all areas of work as required

• Ability to evaluate solutions for all elements of the product including market positioning, revenue/cost forecasting, legal framework, client service delivery, operational support model, technology solutions, credit and risk frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively target messages to different audiences
Essential Experience
• Strong OTC credit and rates business and operational process experience at an investment bank
• Experience across trade lifecycle for OTC products and OTC Clearing
• Experience managing IT delivery as a process owner or project lead
Ideal Experience
• Lean / Six Sigma proven delivery change record an advantage
