OTC Product Manager recruitment
Our client, a market-leading global financial services group, is seeking to appoint an experienced hire to their product management team based in New York. Committed to building out their presence in the North American markets, the group is seeking a subject matter expert with practical experience across the following: OTC Derivatives (specifically Interest Rate Swaps) – Dodd Frank Regulatory Reform – Business Analysis – Client Relationship Management. This critical role will provide sales and regulatory support and requires a minimum of 5 years’ relevant background spanning a combination of the following: exposure to client calls and visits; production of analytics and product specifications; initial and variation margin; valuations; collateral management and reporting; regulatory issues; and the OTC Clearing business. In addition to strong technical and analytical ability, project and relationship management skills are a key requirement and the ability to drive change across product, operational, strategic and client service functions is key. Operating at a senior level both internally and externally, the successful candidate must possess the ability to influence and multi-task in this high visibility role.
