OTC Trade Support Manager
My client is looking to recruit an OTC trade support supervisor ideally with a brokerage background, to supervise a medium sized team.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure there is sufficient support coverage between trading hours
* Responsible for the team and ensuring they deliver a high level of support to clients and traders
* Involved actively in the progression and training of team members
* Working closely with banks, prime brokers to resolve any issues or queries.
* Work closely with internal teams such as payments, treasury and finance
* Ensure trade support team complete:
* Trade checking
* Reconciliations
* Investigate margin calls
* Compile and distribute various MIS information relating to PL
* Provide clients with accurate statements and maintain static data
Requirements:
* Supervisory/ managerial experience within a trade support position
* Good OTC/ Credit knowledge
* Excel skills
* Project system improvement
