Title: OTJAG Support Team Location: null Will work as part of a team in support of a Lotus Notes/Domino environment. Expertise required in one of the following areas of support Architecture, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, Application Developement or Database. * 5 years of technical experience in information technology or information systems. Minimum of one year of additional specialized experience in providing support of a Lotus Notes/Domino environment * Past work experience in a high paced customer focused service setting. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem solving and research skills with the ability to take responsibility and ownership for a problem.
