Outbound Account Executive

Primary Job Responsibilities Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets. Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets such as outbound calls, time spent on phone, number of account acquisitions and close rates. Work the entire sales process from prospecting new leads to the activation of new accounts. Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline of self-generated and marketing-generated sales leads. Complete required SalesForce.com sales process and pipeline activity tracking with detail and accuracy. Communicate appropriate product and technical information to prospective merchants and conduct follow-up according to department standards. Identify sales trends, document prospect feedback and contribute constructive feedback to our internal partners regarding marketing, product and systems as necessary. Research and keep educated about current market trends, opportunities and competition. Maintain and promote a positive and professional attitude while building collaborative relationships among potential and existing internal and external customers and colleagues. Continue training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge. Demonstrate a productive teamwork through positive attitude, being supportive in words and actions, embodying the core values of PayPal, and communicating professionally to co-workers, internal and external customers. Exemplify job professionalism through exercising discretion and good judgment, while keeping company and customer information confidential. Take responsibility and accountability for actions, using coaching and feedback to continually improve performance.
