Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm
Our client is the largest risk management and insurance broking companies which draws on solid relationships with global markets to do their utmost to find the right solution for its customers.
This is an organisation which is bound by strict policies and procedures.
Due to staff secondment our client is looking for an outbound call executive for a 2 month fixed term contract. The role will entail making up to 100 outbound calls per day to accurately cleanse data lists to build a pipeline of new business leads. This will include calling an existing database to accurately record information and main databases.
That's why we need someone with an excellent phone manner and customer service experience. Someone with the ability to work to KPIs and targets.
