Outbound Contact Centre Advisor
I am currently recruiting for a well known company in North Shields.
The role involves contacting potential and existing clients to promote the company and the services they offer.
Key Duties of the role involve:
Outbound calls to new and existing clients following up on leads
Dealing with any queries from clients
Working towards KPIs
Explain benefits to clients on using the business
Keep clients updated
The ideal candidate for this role must have
Contact centre experience
Experience of working within claims
Outbound calling experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT Literate
Influencing and negotiation skills
This is a full time role, starting salary is £15000.
