Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm

Our client is a leading provider of people-centred services, such as employability programmes, skills training and health-related support, which help people to reach their full potential.

This is an organisation that has rapidly grown over the last few years and consequently is looking for multiple outbound customer service advisor's. The role will entail calling up registered clients to update on their situation and make them aware of courses available and carrying out associated processes.

That's why we need someone with excellent communication skills that is confident on the phone and quick to pick up various new IT systems and learn new processes.
