My client, a contact centre based not too far from Sheffield city centre, are currently recruiting for outbound customer advisors to work on a full time, permanent basis.

Your role will be to call customers who have potentially been mis-sold PPI insurance and take them through the reimbursement application pack, filling out all necessary information and saving them a lot of time!

Hours: 11.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month
Salary: £6.50 per hour during your 12 weeks probation, rising to £7.00 per hour after successful completion of your probationary period.

The ideal candidate will:

-Have strong contact centre experience
-Enjoy working in a target driven environment
-Have had experience in financial services, perhaps in a customer facing role for a bank or financial institution
-Have good rapport building skills
-Have a professional but empathetic manner

To be considered for this role, you must meet the above criteria, you must be available to start work in 2 weeks time, and must not have any holidays within your first 4 weeks.
