Outbound Customer Service Advisor

A market leading leisure company in Southampton are looking for an outbound customer service advisor.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for pro actively securing bookings from leads provided from across the Business. They will also be identifying customer requirements and match the appropriate cruise with additional services maximising revenue opportunities. The sales consultant will secure sales through service whilst exceeding KPI’s in accordance with specified service standards.

Working in a fun sales environment, the candidate will be expected to consistently achieve personal sales targets, contributing to the overall team success. In addition to this, working to action all outbound leads by contacting customers across a variety of channels generating the revenue target set is a key responsibility. Furthermore maintaining product and brand knowledge to aid the close of sale is essential.

The ideal applicant will have previous sales experience and a proven success of achieving sales targets. Previous experience in a call centre or help desk environment is desirable and exceptional candidates will have a travel or tour background.

The salary for this role is £16,000
