Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry is in need of candidates who have a background in customer service and most importantly outbound calling. Job Description/Requirements: Outbound Call center where they will be calling the Members to schedule doctor's appointments. Will be measured on Call Quality and the amount of appointments set. Must have good customer service experience, outbound calling experience.
