Our client is responsible for providing various services in cases of bereavement. This involves the whole service to all arrangements both personal and professional. Due to the nature of their work their approach is one of professionalism by treating everyone with compassion, respect, openness and care.

This is an organisation working with customers in times of vulnerability ensuring they are able to provide maximum support to make all arrangement easier.

Due to growth our client is now looking for an outbound customer service agent to contact customers to ensure they are providing maximum support in terms of services available and identifying any sales opportunities.

That's why we need someone with good ethical grounding with the ability to provide excellent customer service to potentially distressed customers. Someone that is confident with a ability to build rapport whilst gaining maximum information. Candidates must hold contact centre experience.
