Outbound Sales Advisor

Start Date: Mid-June (Flexible)
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and voluntary option for 10am-2pm on a Saturday if you want to earn a greater bonus.

Duties

· You will be challenged with meeting personal targets, along with team targets by starting off in an award winning contact centre.
· The role will consist of calling existing customers from our lists of continuous fresh data to offer their warranty service.
· Discovering existing customers’ specific needs through a comprehensive ‘fact find’.
· Discuss the benefits of taking out the companies’ warranty service at either the original point of sale or 11 Months later.

Salary and Benefits

· The starting basic salary is £16,000 and the commission is uncapped.
· Average earners are in the region of £32,000pa+ with their top sales person earning £70,000+pa last year. All targets set are more than achievable.
· On top of this they will reward you with an extra £1000 for each year you’re with the company (up to 4 years) and you will benefit from many extra company incentives.

Experience and Skills

· At least 12months outbound experience, if not, at least 12months in a targeted direct sales service role.
· Evidence of being driven and exceeding targets.
· Must be customer focused and can build excellent rapport with our existing customers.
· Potential employees need to be very financially driven and looking for a career.
