Manpower has various Outbound Sales Advisor positions available now with a leading breakdown recovery company.
Your role will involve:
* Contacting customers who have previously broken down, to carry out a customer satisfaction survey
* Sell additional products that match the specific customer needs
* Performing to target-based expectations on a daily basis, and meeting all deadlines required
Ideal candidates will be able to provide a professional, high quality service, with proven strong sales experience. You will be able to build a rapport with the customer and have a real team focus, whilst being able to manage your own case load. You will have excellent communication skills, and will have the initiative to spot and act upon sales opportunities.
Please note that there is no cold calling involved in this role.
You must be able to work shifts that include evenings and Saturdays. Shifts are as follows between : 10:30 - 20:15, and two in four Saturdays 10:00 - 14:00. This is a permanent, full-time role, for 36 ¼ hours a week on average.
