Your team

The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank - in branches, on the phone, through videoconferencing and online. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers. We offer market-leading products and services, supported by world class technology.

Your impact

As an outbound credit card specialist, you will spend time speaking with customers, asking questions and learning about their specific situations, in order to identify their financial situation. You will provide a credit card option that will support their individual needs, adding value to their experience and guiding them to a successful outcome, whilst maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.

What will help you succeed?

You are highly motivated and naturally inquisitive, with ability to ask the right questions to support our customers. You will have a successful track record in sales; enjoy working within a fast paced, target driven environment, with a competitive and driven nature.

This is a Casual position that requires flexibility over Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm
