Newark is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Manager that would lead the outbound sales efforts for Newark. To include coordination of outbound sales for Contact Center, Business Development Program and Market Development Program.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaching and development of outbound sales teams, Business Development Specialist (BDS), and Market Development Specialists (MDS)
- Accountable for sales and profit growth for accounts assigned to the BDS representatives as well as Marketing Development Specialist growth and campaign execution
- Building of appropriate outbound campaigns for (MDS) and (BDS) and other outbound campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and deliver and execute campaigns that result in a positive return on investment.
- Integrate outbound efforts with Inbound Sales Team.
- Compliment the intent of inbound campaigns against the role of outbound campaigns.
- Manage in a team environment and partner with CC Inbound Sales SOM’s and Branch Managers.
- Accountable for targeting resources to maximize sales and profit.
- Partner with Branch Sales Management to assign accounts in the channel that will optimize profitable growth.
- Manage performance and attract, retain, and develop talent to ensure the highest level of performance within the team.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience), Masters Degree a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Newark Sales Organization.
- Able to coordinate efforts with 40 different sales branches.
- Personal outside selling experience would be a plus.
- 3-5 years experience managing a sales team (specifically telesales, outbound, telemarketing, field)
- Contact Center experience a plus.
- Marketing/product merchandising experience a plus
- Proficient user of MS Office Products (especially Word, Excel)
- Proficient understanding of e-commerce, and e-marketing capabilities.
