The successful candidate will have a desire to succeed and a strong motivation to work in a targeted environment. They will demonstrate on application previous experience providing an exceptional customer service, meeting the aims of their employers and the ability to build rapport with customers in person and over the phone.

The primary aim of this role is to contact previous customers and secure repeat business buy upselling and cross selling. Duties include;

To create outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers.
To receive customer enquiries by telephone and successfully convert these into sales.
To maximise service and sales profitability by up selling other products.
To effectively follow-up and prospect customers to secure repeat and incremental business.
To exceed customer expectations at all times.
To support the market area in ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to in line with contract arrangements.
To maintain customer records effectively
To work well with other departments and communicate effectively
