We are now looking for Minerals Processing Engineers – Operation and Maintenance Support to strengthen our
Operation and Maintenance (later OM) team in Concentrator Solutions. You will report to Director - Concentrator
Solutions and Head of Operations - OM Services and your location will be in Espoo, Finland.
Your responsibilities:
- Support and develop remote monitoring services of concentrators
- Participate in start-up and ramp-up services of concentrators
- Conduct process audits
- Provide internal and external training of concentrator equipment and processes (comminution, flotation and dewatering)
- Support development of operation and maintenance concepts
- Support development of earning logic of OM business
- Support OM proposal preparation
- Participate in life-cycle analysis
- Work in close cooperation with Outotec OM Services
- Act as a process expert in Concentrator Solutions technology group
Our expectations:
- Suitable academic education, M. Sc or B. Sc
- Excellent knowhow of minerals processing technologies and processes
- Several years of experience in operation of concentrator plants
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Proven capability to work efficiently in a matrix organization
- Positive and open-minded mindset
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English, any other language skills are seen as an asset
- Willingness to travel
