Staffmark, a national leader in the staffing industry, is adding to our Raleigh and Henderson teams! We are looking for an innovative, creative, and motivated outside sales professional for the role of Account Executive! The Account Executive will focus on selling our services through face to face visits with our current customer base and cold calling/ prospecting new potential customers.
Responsibilities for the Account Executives in our sales team include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share
- Learning and understanding buiness objectives and work environments of customers
- Meeting face to face with current and prospective customers to assess staffing needs
- Developing price models and proposals
- Deliver sales presentations
- Negotiating and closing pricing agreements
- Maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective customers
