Job Requirements:
- Build a healthy opportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales quotas by actively prospecting sales opportunities within your territory.
- Follow-up on in bound leads we will provide to you and turn them into high potential opportunities.
- Demonstrate software products to prospective customers and build value in both the solution and Positive Technologies Technology's capabilities.
- Act as a trusted adviser by consulting with key decision makers to understand their critical business issues and strategic objectives.
- Propose and implement effective solutions aimed at driving business results.
- Maintain a high level of activity by cold calling and running appointments.
- Become a subject matter expert: Acquire ongoing industry intelligence by researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal resources.
Compensation is base during training-then draw against commission. 1st year compensation if meeting quota is 40-65k total. Future compensation for seasoned sales managers can be 100k.
