Outside Sales Representative
A twenty year old Texas based glass service company has immediate opening for outside sales representatives to cover established territory. We are a glass company that services the Multi-family (apartment) industry exclusively. We currently have a large market share and need a sales representative to help us maintain and grow this market level. This position includes some cold calling, but consists mostly of calling on established customers for residual type sales. Responsibilities include handling customer's requests for specific quotes, "putting out fires", and maintaining established accounts and marketing to targeted potential customers. This is not a "hard close" type selling environment. The best candidate for this position would be an individual who can develop and maintain relationships with customers for long term sales benefits. Recent college graduates encouraged to apply. The qualified individuals must be outgoing, motivated and self disciplined. Must have good driving record, and be a non smoker. Compensation includes: Base salary, commissions, bonuses, company vehicle, and benefits including insurance.
