Our client, a reputable leader in the injection molded plastics industry, who is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for their Quebec territory.  The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, developing and maintaining clients who are both retailers and end-users.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

             Working with the guidance and leadership of the National Sales Manager to further develop sales and promote our client’s range of products in the Montreal area, and Quebec

             Maintaining and increasing sales volume of assigned accounts or territories in assigned market

             Seeking new customers, formulating and following plans for such action as directed by supervisor and according to policies and procedures

             Follow-up customer inquiries/leads obtained from various trade shows, etc.

             Up sell, cross-sell and establish new applications with existing clients

             Handling and troubleshooting customer complaints promptly and professionally in accordance with company policy

             Hands-on activity including installing and servicing company dispenser and setting up booths in trade shows

             Representing the company in various trade shows

             Forecasting, territory potentials, workload analysis, call programs and routes

 

The must-haves for this role are as follows:

             Formal sales, marketing or business qualifications

             Strong sales skills

             2-5 years of experience in sales

             A proven track record initiating sales to end-user accounts in Industrial, Food Processing or Commercial market segments.

             A strong level of bilingualism
