Our outside sales representatives identify potential clients through prospecting and referrals within an assigned territory and calls on potential customers by phone or in person for the purpose of selling DM Payroll Services products and services. They are responsible to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
DESIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE
· College Education in Business, Marketing or Sales concentration; degree preferred
· 1-3 Years of Sales Experience required
· Business and/or Accounting Experience a plus
· Experience selling “Mid-Market” companies – companies with 50-200 employees
· Experience selling “Major-Market” companies – companies with 200+ employees a plus
· Desire to sell competitively (lead generation, cold calling, closing)
· Exceptional time management and organizational skills required
· Must have service and networking skills
· Must have high levels of energy, persistence and assertiveness
· Must be self-motivated
· Professional appearance
· Must have personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
