Outside Specification Sales Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
Yusen Associates, Inc. - New England’s largest Electrical Manufacturer’s Representative, is looking for an enthusiastic candidate for Outside Specification Sales support of its Lighting Controls Group.
The right candidate would report directly to the Director of the Controls Group.
Proven sales professionals who are ambitious, disciplined, persistent, and are self-initiators thrive in our company and fit in well with our high performance sales team. Primary responsibilities include working with engineers, lighting designer, architects, electrical distributors and contractors to specify and close projects as well as the subsequent work involved with project management, and continued technical support. The candidate must have the desire to develop and collaborate with an organization of exceptional professionals as well as to develop an understanding of the supply chains, in order to be productive and efficient. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, discipline, a strong customer focus, and the ability to excel in a team environment are all keys to a successful Yusen employee.
Comparable work related experience within the electrical industry is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications:
Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required
Experience in a fast paced, high inbound/outbound call environment is strongly desired
Must be highly reliable and self-motivated to excel
Excellent computer skills (including, but not limited to Office applications / Internet / Outlook / Acrobat software)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills / deductive reasoning skills
Excellent multi-tasking, time management, prioritization and organization skills
