Outsource Relationship Manager recruitment

Purpose of role:

Manage all aspects of SWIP's relationship with outsource service suppliers. Manage internal customer relationships. To support the CF10a with their overall responsibility for client money within SWIP.

What will you be doing?

* Control the day-to-day relationship with SWIP outsource service providers including the review of performance against service standards.
* Ensure the supplier is aligned to SWIP's business strategy
* Ensure that processes and services are delivered in line with the contract
* Ensure that the governance framework is carried out in line with the contract and Lloyds TSB standards.
* Ensure that servicing exceptions are escalated as appropriate and effectively managed.
* Ensure service suppliers support group wide initiatives and ensure that new funds/processes are introduced to 'business as usual' as efficiently and seamlessly as possible by liasing with the relevant SWIP personnel.
* Communication Management. Deliver objective view of the suppliers performance.
* Actively manage costs
* Use business and customer knowledge to identify areas for improvement and sponsor continuous improvement.
* Give clear direction to others and lead from the front when necessary
* Facilitate effective teamwork across SWIP virtual team and with suppliers, building internal/external networks.
* Keep Head of Client Service informed of progress, issues, ideas and new developments
* Seek guidance / support from Head of Client Service/peers on difficult issues.
* Advise the CF10a on all client money issues; coordinate the evidencing of compliance with CASS regulation; oversight of client money reconciliations performed by 3rd parties;
