Outsourcing Management Accountant – Sutton recruitment
We are looking to recruit a talented individual to develop the practice further and to provide a high quality service to the outsourcing department’s client base. You will be part of a team of expert advisors who build bespoke solutions across a range of disciplines, according to the client needs.
As the successful Outsourcing Management Accountant, you will take responsibility for:
- Working as part of the outsourcing team to deliver high quality services to clients, within set timescales.
- Maintaining the accounting records and preparing management accounts for own portfolio of clients.
- Reporting in a timely and accurate manner to client queries.
- Keeping Manager/Supervisor informed of case progress and any issues arising.
- Raising the profile of the firm by ensuring clients are fully satisfied by the service and support they receive and that they are aware of all other services.
- Liaising with other departments for specialist advice.
- Maintenance of the department’s correspondence files.
- Preparation of HMRC returns.
- Mentoring, supervising and training junior staff in the team.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Communicating and dealing with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Com Significant experience of carrying out balance sheet reconciliations, management of the general ledgers and preparation of monthly management accounts and Sage Line 50.
As the successful Outsourcing Management Accountant, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of Caseware
- Relevant recent experience working in either practice or industry.
- Strong interpersonal and client handling skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and IT skills.
- Communicating and dealing with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously.
