Oversight Control
Investment Bank in London is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join their Oversight control team, part of the operations team.
The team is responsible providing Oversight Controls around Finance, Risk and Operations within the Technology and Operations division, as well as key Operational Controls, namely the ownership of delivery of Reconciliations for Nostros, Custodian and FOBO reconciliations for key stakeholders along with independent operational controls around the reconciliation of cash and custodian Deposits.
The role will include;
Delivery on the day to day activities of the Audit check
Daily task delivery of the Operations Control services to the Wholesale Banking division, focusing on customer service, efficient and timely processing and resolution of errors and market issues.
Identifying areas of concern and taking actions to address these if necessary, briefing Manager on a daily basis
Active in providing support for development and change
Skills required;
Strong knowledge of financial and operational reconciliations and control frameworks
Strong understanding of balance sheet, PL and operational settlement controls
Understanding of relevant industry bodies and external providers (e.g. CREST, ISDA, EUROCLEAR)
