Oxbridge Graduate Required with 1-2 years experience for Leading Hedge Fund! recruitment
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate candidate from a top university to begin a career in buy-side investor relations.
The primary function of the role is to provide support to the Investor Relations team in ensuring that the administration and communication with regards to both existing and potential investors is met.
Responsibilities –
- Develop and maintain the client database
- Monitor and manage the investor pipeline in terms of on-boarding
- Monitor leads and provide an efficient communication system between the existing Investor Relations team and potential clients
- Circulate relevant information to investors
- Preparing new content for presentation material on an ad-hoc basis
- Research into industry information, competitors etc.
- Address investor information requests and all related administration
- Liaise with other departments for information gathering (e.g. headcount information, Partner profiles etc.)
Skills / Experience –
• Degree Educated with 1st or 2:1 from a top University
• Proven interest in the Financial Services sector
• Proven research skills
• Fixed income product knowledge (desirable but not essential)
• Currently on, or is finishing, a graduate programme at an investment bank or has had a reasonably lengthy internship at an investment bank or hedge fund
• Upbeat personality with the ability to engage others of differing seniority and cultures
• Team player
• Inquisitive nature
• Organisational skills and ability to maintain accuracy in their work
