PA / Administration Manager – International Bank! recruitment
Our client is a leading global bank and is currently looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA. This is a very high profile role within the department and requires the ability to face off to senior managers such as the COO, CAO, Front Office and regional heads of finance.
Key responsibilities include:-
- On-boarding of new starters.
- BCP Planning and testing.
- Seating plans/desk allocation.
- Ensuring staff have all the necessary IT, stationary and business cards needed.
- Supporting visiting staff from overseas branches.
- Minor PA duties for the COO including but not limited to, expense management, taking minutes, travel planning and budgeting.
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience working within a global investment bank supporting a high number of staff. Excellent telephone manner, ability to deal with sensitive information and being a team player are essential.
