PA / Offie Manager - Bridgend, South Wales.

An exciting opportunity has arised with a forward thinkiing, fast moving Marketing organisation based in Bridgend.  Due to growth they seek an experienced PA / Office Manager.

Duties will include:
- Running of the office and teams
- PA to owners
- manage e-mails and diaries
- Coordinate projects
- taking meeting notes

- Assist with creating and editing presentations and documentation
- cordinate and organise conferences, seminars
- travel arrangements
- running calenders
- handle (daily/weekly/monthly) reporting
- supervise the sales team (leads and conversions)
- distribute daily statistics
- run HQ database
- schedule events
- Office Administrative functions

The suitable applicant should be Friendly, upbeat, professional and have a can-do attitude.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
        Several years relevant experience as an executive assistant working for C-level or higher
        Minimum typing skills of 65 wpm
        Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint   
   
    Ability to quickly learn new softwar
        Computer and Internet savvy

        Outstanding customer service and verbal/written communication skills
        Excellent organizational skills
        Absolute commitment to confidentiality
        Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and discretion
        Proper email etiquette
        Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet assigned deadlines
        Excellent problem-solving skills
        Detail-oriented
        Ability to think one-step ahead of executive
