PA to COO
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant with experience in Financial Services who wants to take a step up in their career and work for an Executive on a one to one basis as well as acting as his right hand in the operations team.
I am looking for an individual with the ability to take operational responsibilities and stretch their skills in the Financial Sector.
The COO has recently joined the bank and the organisation has just created this position to provide full administrative support and project work within operations. This is not purely a PA job as you will have to get involved in many aspects of the business.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Extensive diary management
* Meeting preparation (internal and external meetings) including the preparation of relevant paperwork
* PowerPoint Presentations
* Preparing reports and agendas for meetings
* Minute taking
* Acting as back-up to other secretaries where necessary (and vice versa)
* Helping the COO in producing information for Projects
The successful candidate must have the following attributes and experience:
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Project management and business analysis experience will be desirable
* Previous experience in providing administrative assistance to Board members / Executive
* Flexible attitude, team player.
* University degree is a must
* Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
The candidate MUST have experience in a Corporate/Financial Services environment and must be used to working in a fast paced environment.
