PA to Executive Team Job in Dublin City Centre

My client who are a market keader within their field, have a requirement for a PA to provide executive support to their CEO and CCO . This will be a 6 month contract role initially.

Key responsibilities:
* Extensive diary management
* Co-ordination of travel and logistics
* Internal and external meeting organisation and co-ordination
* Produce PowerPoint presentations and documents
* Produce accurate reports and data for meetings
* General administrative support

Experience required:
* 4 years minimum experience providing support to a Senior Executive team
* Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Excellent planning, organisation and co-ordination skills
* Strong accuracy, with excellent attention to detail
* Strong ability to work independently
* High level of confidentiality and discretion
