PA to Financial Planner Job in Melbourne, Victoria Australia

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced PA to join a reputable organisation in the financial industry based in Balwyn ASAP!

This position will suit an organised and self-motivated Personal Assistant who can work within a small, professional and friendly team. You will have the ability to work autonomously, handle working under pressure and communicate effectively face to face, via e-mail and over the phone.

Supporting 2 busy Financial Planners your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Diary management

• Booking meeting rooms

• Answering the telephone, assisting with customer queries and message taking

• Managing and responding to general correspondence and emails

• Booking travel when required

• Processing expenses

• General Administration duties as required

To be successful, you will have gained experience in a similar role within the financial industry preferably. You will be professionally presented, possess excellent time management skills and able to display good use of initiative and problem solving skills. In addition you will be able to demonstrate your ability to work to deadlines and produce documents with a high level of accuracy.
