PA to HR Director, FD & IT Director
Reporting to - HR Director, also support 2 other directors
Key Purpose of Role
Director's first point of contact for people from outside the organisation, to include screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests; handling them when appropriate, and meeting and greeting visitors at all levels
Diary management, to include itinerary preparation, making appointments, booking meeting rooms/venues, maintaining a calendar of corporate events, direct report catch-ups, holidays and sickness
Coordinating travel and accommodation, working with the in-house travel coordinator
Organising and occasionally attending meetings, and ensuring their Director is well-prepared. This includes carrying out background research, creating agendas, taking minutes, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and creating presentations
Creating and maintaining Director's filing systems
Maintain good working relationships with direct reports, external contacts and their PAs
Ordering stationary as appropriate
Undertaking projects as required, such as the organisation of supplier events
This role is a 6 month contract therefore the right candidate will be an immediately available experienced PA, who has not only supported more than one director at a time, but who is also able to work in a fast paced environment.
