Packaging Engineer
Working with a leading Multinational client, we are currently seeking a Lead Engineer with significant Packaging experience who will manage project deliverables and timelines in the packaging area of a biopharmaceutical facility in the Middle East.
Activities to include but not limited to the following:
- URS for Seal Label Blank (SLB) camera system
- Packaging Flow concept approval
- Vision System IQ/OQ execution + Report
- Seal Label Blank (SLB) IQ/OQ Execution + Report
- Approval of SLB Qual Study
- Package Integrity Test (PIT) Development protocol execution + report
- PIT Qual Study
- Vision System Strategy
- Bar-coding
- Artwork / Graphics
- Variable Data Printing
- Concept of how to generate the variable data (Local vs. ERP)
- Vision System backup procedure
- Finalization of the Operating Instructions and Worksheets for the Process
- Packaging Transit Studies
