Packaging Engineering Manager Job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma US
Job Description:
Lead a team of design and project engineers designing high speed packaging equipment. Develop and adhere to timelines and budgets while interacting with customers, sales, engineering, supply chain and manufacturing. Work to mentor and develop team members while interpreting customer requests regarding packaging specifications. Identify suppliers and vendors to ensure satisfactory deliveries. Knowledge of of specifications such as ISO, API, ASME pertaining to steel fabrication specifications.
Job Qualifications:
Previous experience supervising an engineering team
Extensive product knowledge of reciprocating equipment not limited to compressors, valves, engines, drives, fuel systems, coolers and skid packages.
Strong customer service and attention to detail and customer follow-up
Bachelor’s degree mandatory, Masters preferred
