Essential Job Functions:
1.Follow all sanitation and allergen procedures
2.Gather materials and package product in quantities as instructed in the shop floor.
3.Complete inventory adjustments for shop floor via RF
4.Complete the schedule as laid out by the planner each day and report any deficiencies to the supervisor as needed.
5.Maintain proper documentation (such as OEE, metal detector paperwork, RF transfer/receipts) as required.
6.Keep work place clean and organized.
7.On occasions, complete special tasks as required by Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1.Follow all GMP, security and safety policies.
2.Follow all HACCP requirements.
3.Follow Plant Rules.
4.Follow Company policies.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in food related plant operations.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read and write in English in order to complete documentation.
Computer literate to be able to utilize our computerized systems.
Capable of lifting 50 lbs and ability to handle up to 400 lbs with use of forklifts or jacks.
Reading and understanding of MSDS.
Ability to deal with constant change.
Capable of Operating a Forklift.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred.
