Screwfix are a dynamic, forward thinking, multi-channel company with significant growth plans for the future. We are currently recruiting for a resourceful and flexible Paid Search and Analysis Manager to design and deliver our online customer recruitment and retention strategy, across multiple websites/propositions.
Responsibilities
- Work within the eCommerce five year strategy, to develop our Pay per Click strategy to successfully attract, retain and maximise spend from search for our online customers across all websites/propositions
- End to end management of online paid search campaigns including the design, execution, analysis and reporting (for example, measuring ROI/ROAS against campaign performance)
- Investigate new innovations and products - leveraging technology and third-party products/relationships to improve customer recruitment and retention
- Analyse performance of search using many metrics - including return on investment to optimise campaigns, keywords and expand market share in the search area
- Successfully manage a team of one including setting clear objectives and performance expectations
Skills and Knowledge
- Prior senior management experience within eCommerce is essential. We're looking for significant experience in managing customer acquisition and retention strategy and campaigns (search, PPC, affiliates, comparison, direct to URL, email)
- Prior experience within a multi-channel and/or multi-proposition environment is highly desirable - we're looking for someone who is able to understand and manage the complexities of a multi-channel and multi-proposition business like Screwfix.
- Proven and successful track record in delivering in paid search is essential. We're looking for someone who, in previous roles, has made a significant improvement to key measures including traffic and return on investment.
