These duties will require blasting and prep by means of sanding of metallic components. Use a mixture of primer and paint colors as specified by the customer. Order paint supplies/materials and primer as required. During down time will assist in other needs of production. Essential Job Functions 1. Paint and primer a variety of components 2. Prepare unit by sanding and blasting of rust as required 3. Apply stencils and decals as required using blueprints or folios 4. Fill out appropriate progress reports as required 5. Fill out time sheets to track hours spent on each project, indirect labor, training, etc. 6. Tracking daily useage of blast material, primers, paints and solvents Job Requirements/Working Conditions Must have 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing industrial painting environment.
