 Job description :

Within a small team, you will handle those responsibilities :

- Providing general administrative support to the Managers in relation to general company secretarial, paralegal and regulatory compliance duties for the management of portfolio of companies;

- Organizing the board and shareholders' meetings, preparing minutes, legal compliance;

- Organizing and monitoring the preparation, approval and filing of all legal and financial documentation with local authorities;

- Transcribing and drafting a wide range of documents and paralegal reports;

- Updating shareholders' register;

- Composing and ensuring the accuracy of a range of correspondence;

- Preparing presentations, papers and documents for meetings and events;

- Co-ordinating agendas for visiting clients/investors/partners;

- Setting-up, maintaining filing systems and archiving;

- Travel and diary management;

- Managing all office related matters and day to day administrative and functional issues (material ordering, storage, etc.);

- Corporate responsibilities in regard to accounts payable, credit card management, and corporate contracts.

Profile description :

- You have 3-5 years of experience in corporate paralegal environment;

- Good knowledge of Luxembourg Company Law;

- Advanced IT proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word);

- Fluent in English and French;

- Excellent organisational skills with ability to plan and think ahead;

- Proactive, self motivated and able to take the initiative and execute responsibilities independently;

- Teamplayer;

- Flexible;

- Ability to demonstrate discretion and maturity as you will often be privy to very confidential or sensitive information.
