Paralegal Executive recruitment

Responsibilities

Review trademark watch queries raised by external counsel, making recommendations to marketing manager
Liaise with marketing and sales team to collate marketing materials and sales figures
Monitor new application and expiry/renewal of product and corporate trademarks, liaise with external counsel on Power of Attorneys required and declaration of use

Prepare, monitor and administer Business Group standard template agreements such as NDA/Confidentiality Undertaking, Supply Agreement, Inter-co Management/Services Agreements, Inter-co Fee Agreements, Interest rate variation agreements and Barging Agreements
Prepare annual agreements to be signed off between various managements
Generate standard drafts, circulate to various stakeholders for comments, check with Legal Counsel on proposed amendments, arrange for checklist approval and circulate for signature/approval
Liaise with Corporate for contract filing and updating of legal databases

Requirement

Diploma in Law preferable
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field
Good communication skills both spoken and written in English, Bahasa Indonesia Chinese would be a distinct advantage
Resilient, driven, motivated individual and able to operate independently and under pressure
Excellent organizational, time-management and follow-up skills with good attention to details
Must be able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion and integrity
Familiarity with corporate secretarial processes, constitutional documents of business entities, trademarks, power of attorneys, corporate / commercial matters
Highly proficient in MS Office applications with a good grasp of processing tools and Sharepoint portal
