POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for assisting with research activities, the execution of legal transactions, and preparation and processing of legal documents, and litigation support.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Carries out legal assignments of routine nature. Work is reviewed and evaluated by others.
2. Investigates facts and routine matters in the law.
3. Maintains the confidentiality of information.
4. Makes recommendations to supervisor after researching fairly standard legal issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Two years of paralegal experience.
2. Two years formal legal training or equivalent.
3. Capable of communicating effectively with co-workers and those in other departments.
4. Good written and oral communication skills.
5. Ability to meet deadlines.
