Description/Required Skills:

- Overall responsibility o Ensure compliance with key requirements of the Corporate Integrity Agreement

- Comply with standards on individual assignments and help enforce standard policies and procedures.

- Manage individual assignments to achieve successful implementations

- Key areas of responsibility

- Retrieve backup documents required to perform Quarterly IRO reviews of Focus Arrangement

- Assist with review of backup documents for the Quarterly monitoring of the Focus Arrangement Database

- Assist in preparing reports on Monitoring and Auditing findings.

- Assist in the investigation and resolution of issues identified in the Compliance Monitoring Plan.

- Implement deficiency resolutions through programmatic updates and via the web

- Upload Medrad contract templates

- Train and developed contract specialists, compliance paralegals, and legal administrators for Client and its affiliates to ensure that the contract initiating and tracking practices, record keeping procedures and policies being practiced comply with federal requirements for the Focus Arrangements Database.
