This paralegal position is to assist with litigation review/discovery, including gathering of loan servicing documents and data. Maintain litigation tracking system. Provide business client with updates/instructions regarding servicing of loans in litigation. Communicate and coordinate with outside counsel on pending litigation issues MUST have a strong paralegal background with paralegal certificate.
