Paralegal/Legal Assistant Job in Plano, Texas US
Coordinates proposal development activities including drafting proposals for new and existing clients (e.g., employers, government), gathering related statistical and system-related reports, and directing the preparation of supporting documents and analyses. Works closely with sales, product, legal, pricing, and other functions to tailor contractual provisions to reflect prospect's needs, company interests, and appropriate resources and timelines. This function includes jobs responsible for network analysis and disruption projections related to new business cases, which may require expertise in software used for modeling and geographic impact analysis. Supports initial contract admin and client service in clarifying requirements and ensuring fulfillment of obligations.
Review and respond to complex legal-related proposal questions and review public sector contracts. Work under pressure to meet aggressive proposal submission deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Ability to type 60 wpm
A minimum of 3 years working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Must be able to work in one of the four offices: IRVINE, CA Cypress, CA Phoenix, AZ Plano, TX
PREFERENCES:
Experience drafting complex contracts
Experience working within aggressive deadlines
Pharmacy Benefit Management experience
Certified Paralegal
Proposal Experience
