My client is a world leading brand in advertising and media.
They have a HQ here in Dublin, with a growing and developing finance team.
They are keen to hire a part qualified accountant for their finance team.
This is a contract role.
The role:
- Month end journals posted to the ledger
- Accounts payable analysis , as well as all month end relevant postings
- Accounts receivable analysis- with all relevant month end postings
- Weekly AP AR analysis and ongoing analysis of the debtor and creditors ledger.
- Bank reconciliations and monitoring of 2 currency bank accounts
- Payment runs for the AP balance
- Cash allocation and cash forecasting.
- Other ad hoc month end reports as needed.
The candidate required:
- Part qualified accountant- CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA/ CPA
- 2-3 years experience in a finance environment.
- Exposure toAPARpayment processing and month end postings.
- Experience of Sage or oracle would be desirable , but not essential
- Strong excel skills
- High level of attention to detail and an ability to meet strenuous month end deadlines
This is a contract role, with a solid remuneration package.
