My client is one of the UK's leading IT outsourcing companies is looking to place a Part Time First Line Analyst for its site in Milton Keynes.
The hours for this role are 08:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday.
Familiar with Windows 7, you will need a minimum of 6 months contact centre experience acting as the first point of call for customer technical queries.
You should have experience of reaching and exceeding SLA targets, have an organised approach to work and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
You will need to be confident, a team player and have good interpersonal, basic literacy and numeracy skills.
