Part time Accounts / Office Co-ordinator

Part time Accounts / Office Co-ordinator Environmentally friendly, entrepreneurial company in excellent central bristol location now has an opportunity for an experienced Accounts/Office Co-ordinator to join the busy team. 

This is a busy and varied role involving
-managing orders and invoicing on the Sage system
- liaison with suppliers, distributers and customers
- managing stock levels
- diary management and co-ordination of the office. 

To be successful in the role, you will be confident in the use of Sage and Excel, with a good grounding and experience in basic finance and accounting principles.  In person, you will enjoy managing your own workload while also maintaining flexibility to help others and take on additional tasks to support the team.  You will customer focused and will represent the organisation professionally with a range suppliers and commercial customers.

 Ideally hours will be 25 per week: 10.00am to 3.00pm 5 days per week, but 4 days will also be considered.  Driving licence is essential for the role.  Interviews are scheduled for w/c Monday 21st April, please contact Bridie Horridge for further information on 0117 9304185.
