Part Time Administrative Assistant Coordinator Job in Scottsdale 85260, Arizona US

-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-- Initial set up of flight chart

-- Audit flight charts

-- Prepare travel arrangements for Flight Crews

--transportation (air/ground) and hotel

-- Prepare expense reports in Salesforce

-- Obtain and Input flight log data into Salesforce

-- Assist Flight Coordination Department with document uploads, faxing, calling leads, document preparation, phone support, and other miscellaneous duties as needed

-- Liaison with vendors, patients, families, hospitals

-- Sanitation: clean out refrigerator each Friday

-Qualifications:

-- Computer Skills/Technology - Knowledge of Salesforce. Proficient in Windows and PC based software as well as Adobe Acrobat.

-- Language Skills - Ability to read and write reports, business letters, other correspondence.

Working hours: Flexible Weekend hours

The best candidates will be have at least
-2 years of admin experience.
