Part Time Call Centre Advisor - Hertfordshire, Middlesex
The Role:
Our client, a leading figure in the insurance industry based in North London, are looking for a Part - Time Customer Service Advisor for a 12 month fix term contract
Summary of key responsibilities:
Processing new and existing claims
Responding to telephone queries from customers and relevant third
Dealing with written correspondence via email and letter
Underwriting new policy applications
Skills Experience:
You must have previous call centre and customer service experience,
Experience of working with KPI's
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.
You should be able to demonstrate flexibility and strong administration skills,
Proven letter writing skills, an excellent telephone manner and previous decision-making are also required.
What's on offer
Part-time Working Hours 11:30am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday
Saturdays shifts hours available between 8.30am to 1.30pm
Pro - rata salary between £ 6. 00 - 7.50 per hour
